Based on the contract with agricultural cooperative organizations from Japan, Korea and Taiwan, NAMAC is implementing several training programs for member cooperators in order to share experiences and introduce new technique, technology achievements into their actitivies. Nagano prefecture Agriculture Association of Japan has been inviting 2 cooperators every year to learn from their experience since 2001. Also member cooperators of NAMAC have been participating in study tour in Korea organized by National Agricutlural Cooperative Federation of Korea since 2001. Taiwan Provincial Farmers Association has organized a workshop on "High quality production" for NAMAC member cooperators in 2005.
NAMAC traditionally arranges tour for cooperators from abroad including EAOC member countries and let them experience cooperative development in Mongolia.
According to the contract with National Agricultural Cooperative Federation of Korea, agricultural trainee system plays biggest role the training program as a part of international cooperation. Since 2003 with 3 year term contract NAMAC has sent trainees/employees in agricultural sector of Republic of Korea.
